Supported Return to Training (SuppoRTT)

Returning to training can be daunting after a long period of absence and can affect an individual’s confidence. In recognition of this HEE have developed a scheme called SuppoRTT to assist trainees returning to training after a period of absence - whether it be from maternity leave, long-term sickness, out-of-programme etc. SuppoRTT can be accessed by trainees absent for 3 months or more and aims to provide bespoke, individualised plans.
