Neurology Department awarded 7 green flags in GMC Trainee Survey

"Congratulations to the Neurology Department for being awarded seven green flags in the recent GMC trainee survey for this year which is an amazing achievement to improve the quality of the trainee experience so significantly over the past two years.

Well done to everyone in the department for their hard work and dedication to developing and maintaining a high quality specialty training programme by ensuring that East Kent provides a supportive environment and excellent training opportunities for trainees at all levels. With ongoing support from Medical Education there is now a clear focus on collaboration between service and education at all levels and this joint working has been instrumental in helping to improve the training experience.

East Kent is now ranked as one of the top four Trusts in the UK for Neurology training which is something to make the consultants, trainees, managers and the whole team really proud."
