Applying for study leave

All Consultants, SAS Doctors and all Locally Employed Doctors should follow the online study leave application process. (This link can only be accessed within the hospital IT network or using the remote-working VPN on a Trust device).

  • Please ensure your study leave has been approved before you claim your expenses.

  • Expenses must be claimed within 92 days of attendance.

SAS Doctors

Physician Associates

Clinical Fellows

6. Can I claim expenses for the courses that I had previously attended?

A. Please ensure your study leave has been approved before you claim your expenses. Expenses must be claimed within 92 days of attendance. You will not be able to claim expenses retrospectively.
